Excellent Service from Kemp Sails

Two years ago we bought a new main, lazy jacks and stack-pack cover from Kemp Sails.

My brother-in-law forgot to release one lazy jack line in heavy weather recently and broke a lazy jack block attached to the mast.

Couldn't obtain one from the block manufacturer, so contacted Kemps.

New one arrived in post from Kemps next day - no charge.

I'll second that. Got wiped out by a big squall just as I was rigging preventer (sticky moment!) big accidental gybe, ripped traveller out of deck and broke all sail battens. Kemp sails delivered to my marina full new set of battens, no sign of any charge. I am a long term customer but, even so, first class service and support. And the sails are great too.
