Ah!
it confused me so it’s sure to confuse the Guardia Civil if he ever checks and I’m sure putting UTC after doesn’t unconfuse either.

Only this morning, I wrote to our marina manager to change it from "11:00pm" to "the night of".
Came after I watched Sky news this morning.
Apparently it is 11:00pm in the UK which, of course, would be midnight in most of the EU (Spain, of course is what we are interested in)
I think "the night of" covers all we need.
