Evinrude gone ?confirm pl ?

Ahoy there, thought i read today that Evinrude have stopped trading, its that Virus ?

Can anyone confirm it ?

Suppose its an American thing ?

Parent company, BRP, are stopping building outboards. Therefore no more evinrude etec or g2. Such a shame.
