I've got a Johnson 3HP manual. As Evinrude and Johnson are the same it might be useful if nothing else comes up. Are you sure it's a 3.3 - googling shows these to be pre-1994.

Hi Roger, 3.3 is what is printed on the side of the cover, but it doesnt look like pre 94. Any chance of a borrow of the manual sometime ?

Yes it could well be a 3.3, I have the Johnson badged version, if you have any probs, PM and I'll arrange a copy for you.

There were 3.3 hp models from 1991 to 1999 and also 2001 (Don't know what happened to 2000) as well as some very much earlier.
The model number, on a plate on the transom bracket, will tell you the exact year by reference to http://www.skoterskroten.com/img/arsmodellstabell.pdf
It should be possible to order an owners handbook from a Johnson Evinrude dealer if you cannot get a copy of one for the right year.
Parts lists and exploded diagrams can be found on the BRP parts website http://epc.brp.com/default.aspx?brands=ej&lang=e
