Europe moorings for rent

Hi All newby here ??
Looking to buy a 11 m motor boat and rent a coastal mooring in France, Spain or potentially Italy.. needs to be safe with good facilities and if possible good location looking to rent for 3-4K Euro’s per year ( less if possible !) tried surfing the web but nearly all potential locations require an application most of which are not answered ?
Any help will be appreciated PJ

Hi just seen your post from 2018 did you buy your boat and get the mooring you wanted? I'm in that position now regards Tom
