Etch Primer for Aluminium Prop

I’m about to remove 15 years paint/ anti foul, from our Aluminium Prop and repaint from bare metal.
Should I be looking for a 2 part etch primer?
Can anyone recommend an Etch Primer that actually works?

This stuff is supposed to be good for aluminium. Aerosols and tins available from various suppliers.

I find the spray version excellent. But, no idea if it will be any good for a revolving propeller.

I use Dulux Metalshield etch primer

Dulux Metalshield 1L Light Grey Etch Primer

The important instruction as far as I am concerned is that the primer must be used immediately after sanding otherwise the aluminum oxidises and that would be no good would it?
