Hello, I bought an epropulsion in 2022 and have been perfectly happy with it. However, the battery will no longer charge. I have checked the voltage on the charging cable and it is good and I get a green light on the charging unit. There is no charging light on the battery. I have looked around for answers and have contacted the company, yesterday, but I thought I would ask here if anyone has had a similar issue? I am wondering if, while we were away during the recent hot spell, that I may have cooked the battery in my garage, which can get quite hot!
 
Yes similar, had to have mother board replaced under warranty. Had to pay to get it to and from too. Was also told it should all be plugged together before switching on power, not other way round. That can confuse it too.
Tech support were very helpful though, no issues there

Thank you, I will not rush out to buy a new battery yet! Where did you have to send the battery to?
