Entering France via Isle de Chausey

I know there has been lots of discussion on entering France, but does anyone know specifically whether you can make Isle de Chausey your first stop between Jersey and the French mainland? And if so, do it “informally” or by filing paperwork?

No

chausey is a popular weekend destination for Jersey sailors and firmly out of bounds at present without clearing and stamping in in Granville first.

the customs guys from Granville do periodically visit in a RIB

this has had a very detrimental impact on chausey economy and there was talk of simplified on line process for 2023 …well have to wait and see
