Entering for Cowes Week

I want to know what one must do to enter and race at Cowes week. I have a 36ft crusing boat that would need to obtain a measurement certificate, need to comply with whatever the safety requirements are and will of course need to enter the appropriate event. I may also need to organise accomodation etc.

Does any one know any websites etc that have an easy 'how to' guide on any or all of the above? I have been there many times a few years ago but was only interested in making the boat go fast and drinking beer so never got to know the organisational side of it.
