Beware of using the broken bolt/stud extractors. If one breaks off in the bolt you are trying to remove, you will then have a hardened steel fragment in the bolt which is virtually impossible to drill out. The only way to be sure of getting the broken part out is by angle gringing which will usually do a lot of damage.
