Anyone know a good independent engineer in Chatham area who knows Perkins engines ?
Dont really want to use Gillingham Marina engineers cos they'll charge the earth I expect.

The best guy Clive is called Chris and he works for Marlec Marine in Ramsgate... the guy is a bloomin' genius and knows Perkins upside down and backwards. Marlec's No. is 01843 3592176 another good man is Tony who used to own Davis Marine in Ramsgate he looked after my Perkies for years. He is semi-retired but may come out, his number is 01227 860129

You can but try Clive, if he likes you he will. /forums/images/icons/wink.gif try Tony first he's probably a better bet because you'd have to run Finola to Ramsgate for Chris to do it.
