Hi i have a 2002 14ft fletcher with a 2002 60hp yamaha, the boat was new to me 2008 july. when running at full throttle, i can only get 5200 revs when you push the trottle further down the revs will drop off a bit, someone said it could be that the carbs could need cleaning, can anyone help.
