I am interested in your opinion of this please.
One of my engine mounts was showing signs of a crack in the rubber, I decided to change it before it got any worse.
Questions
Do all mounts wear like this ?
Does it show the shaft needs aligning ?
How much longer would it have gone before it cracked all the way through ?
What would have happened if it had have cracked all the way through ?
Ignore the wet antifreeze mark, note the crack starting under the 'Tre' of Trelleborge and wear ending just under 'g'
Would you ignore it or investigate further.
