Hi all.

My lump is a Beta 20. I’ve noticed alot of corrosion this year, especially around the water pump area.

Also, The screw in anode seems to be intact...

Seems the engine itself is acting as the sacrificial anode!

Any tips on how to resolve appreciated.

The screw in anodes are designed to combat internal corrosion. What you have is external corrosion, typically caused by salt water in the bilge or rainwater dripping from above. Once the paint starts to flake off things get rapidly worse. Steel corrosion is very much larger than the metal that has been exposed, so large flakes aren't necessarily structurally compromising. Aluminium corrosion is a bit more of a problem and needs to be dealt with, albeit in the same way, remove the oxide and protect with primer and paint. The big problem with Aluminium is dissimilar metals, the further apart the events are wrt conductivity to bigger the problem.

The loss of paint and corrosion around the coolant pump suggest there may be a small amount of coolant leakage.

The verdigri on the seawater pump suggests a slight leakage of seawater.

Id think you need to clean up the corroded areas, treating any remaining surface rust before curing all the leaks and repainting.

The aluminium parts will need priming with a suitable primer after cleaning off all the oxide before repainting. Hammerite "Special metals primer" seema to have some fans on these forums

There were various leaks around the ransom, engine bilge frequently wet with rainwater. Wondering if condensation has played a big part...

Looks like hammerite Will be my new friend!
