need to buy about 20 ft of half inch cooling hose for the run from my engine to the calorifier and back.

any source recommended at less than chandlery prices?

Just go to the nearest motor factors and buy heating hose.

Be very careful over the size. Most systems I have seen are 5/8" bore not 1/2". Most motorfactors will sell you what ever length you need not will not exchange it if you order the wrong size.
