Enforcement - Speed limit

So, not registered for about five years. Photographic evidence of use at excessive speed and wake on EA waters. What will the EA do?

Sweet Fanny Adams......

Really stupid to plaster ones business name and address all over the advert!

Naughty Wraysbury boathouse, should know better than to photograph THAT!!

I'm not in anyway condoning speeding but lets get this one into proportion, all they have done is given it WOT for maybe 20 metres to get a photo. In that location I doubt that any damage or harm will have been done, that barge in the background is not going to crash about with the wake from a 16 footer. The EA have better things to worry about.

The problem is that any potential purchasers will see that and think its normal/permitted. They will then trailer launch from somewhere on the Thames and go racing off. Then we will see reports of "did you see that boat speeding on XXX" and "yeh, but we cannot do anything about it as it was a trailer launch that disappeared at the end of the day".
