Who cares, my body will have turned to dust and long forgotten in 1,000 years. Anyway they will probably have invented some new fuel, if not they will have so many daft rules that no one will be boating anymore

Well that will be interesting, probably have to have an other sticky badge showing that you have complied and paid a fortune to get an engineer out to carry out the test.

I don't know ,but I expect the RYA will run a course and publish booklets about it in the run up to 3004 at a price.
