Email notifications

Over the last few days ! my inbox has been filled with emails tell me someone has replied to a posting I have contributed too .
How can I turn this option off , I looked in setting and don't seen to be able to find it .
Don't know why this is happening now as I not change any of my setting .

Go to Settings, then click on General Settings, then look at Default Thread Subscription Mode and in the drop-down box select Do Not Subscribe.

And to prevent new ones arriving, when you post here, make sure you use the "go advanced" option and unclick the "subscribe to this thread..." choice.

No need to do that if you've already set the default to Do Not Subscribe.
