I'm surprised your assumption was that it was a choice thing... I would think that even if she thought that all YBW posters are scumbags, she'd still continue to update her blog or at least one of her many facebook pages, like her dog one or some kind of online presence? There's at least an equal chance that she may be unwell?.. And I don't think even the scummiest of YBW posters would delight in that*!

To be honest I have found some of the comments on this and the main thread rather sickening.
I know Ellie and she is a young lass who was living the dream and wanted a new adventure.
She is outspoken & full of enthusiasm hence her initial post telling all of her dream &
intentions for Elizmor. If she has read these threads I cannot imagine how she must be feeling.

The whole thread should be pulled.

Are you suggesting that I'm a scummy poster?

My assumption is on the basis that I don't believe that poor health is the reason for no updates, that coming from someone who knows her.

Does your statement mean categorically that she has not entered the premises or simply that you haven't seen her, which is quite different, as I guess there must be times when you aren't there or wouldn't see her even if she was present.

No! I didn't think you posted anything particularly bad in your post. Do you have a guilty conscience or something, as I don't think it was very pointed at you either?...

So if she's a friend of a friend, how come you've been so quiet so far when other people have been genuinely worried about her health??

BTW Graham in another thread , sorry for the thread drift ,you requested that we all donate £5 each to Ellie for funds to get the boat launch . How much did you raise ? seems all quiet on that front .Maybe she has gone on holiday . Comments please.

If she had bothered to post to these threads there would be no need for her to be feeling anything. Anyway, she hasn't logged on since 1st February.

As far as I can see only the same few people are interested in continually reading and bumping the Elzimor topic up. Personally I wouldn't flatter them by inferring that JE reads their nonsense incognito or otherwise.


I only looked at this thread to see if there was any news - but unfortunately the theme continues.

You'll not be re-visiting this thread then.

There seems to be a theme of people coming onto the threads and telling those of us who are contributing how awful we are and how we should not be disporting ourselves.
However. That is their opinion but I, like many people, do not react well to being told how to behave on the basis that I do not share their views.
