Hi, I have an eliche radice 2 blade folding propellor and I think it’s if spun. High revs and low thrust. Has anyone ever had this problem with this propellor. Also is there a rubber bushing in the hub. Does anyone know how to fix it. Thanks

Your most likely problem will be fouling. If the propeller is covered in barnacles then the efficiency will be greatly reduced. It might also be possible that the blades are not fully opening due to fouling. My advice would be to check how clean your propeller is.

Propellor was clean when launched at beginning of season and it happened from the get go. It was fouled when it cane out but was clean going in

I put a reply on the old thread
You will of course need to check that is the issue. Lock the engine in gear and put some force on the prop.

As I said, I think a DIY repair is achievable, I'm sure the correct grade of liquid setting polyurethane or other rubbery stuff would do. A vacuum chamber and some clever spacers and jig etc. Otherwise a prop supplier, I can't remember who does the job possibly Steel Developments or Sillette Sonic.
