Electronic versions of the Dutch 1800 series charts

Does anyone know if these exist in electronic form? Ideally I'd like to use them with Offshore Navigator. If they can't be sourced in electronic form, can they be scanned and got into BSB/KAP form? I guess I could use SeaClear instead.

The charts are sold by STENTEC in the Netherlands.

Region North Sea - and even downloadable.

If you needed them just for reference and planning I would have an old set.
Not good for Nav as they were many changes in buoyage in many places.

Be aware that Stentec sells them in their own digital format (WinGPS).
You will receive a basic free version with the charts, but it will tie you down to their format (no export facilities due to copyright bla bla).
