So was it not sending messages via satellite when you hit the send button?

We had messages that didn't send. Messages that didn't arrive. Tracking disappeared for our friends and family. Messages that should have appeared on our friends inreach map stopped showing. We took to numbering Messages as they arrived and sent out of order. Not impressed. Big time periods of several hours when nothing sent or recieved.
