electrical problems 2000 Formula 41 pc

Hi all I am having some issues with the main electric panel and the electric cook top. Usually I plug into shore power and everything is fine but once I try to cook the breaker trips and then the shore power doesn't seem to keep up with battery charging and bank two shows no volts on the panel. Then if I fire up the generator and transfer over everything seems to return to normal including the cook top.

Any ideas on what's going on here? Nothing obvious in the panel all breakers seem to be engaged but maybe there is a secondary panel?
