The question is, do I want stainless or Incoloy element?

Id guess it depends on the analysis of the water where it is going to be used.

Presumably you are not fixed and move about a fair bit so you may encounter a wide variation in water supply composition.

It could therefore be wise to choose the Incoloy option.

I can't believe that I've drawn a blank with this specification.

Element length: approx 30cm
Element material: Incoloy (or Stainless)
Thread: 1¼" BSPP
Wattage: approx 800W @ 230V
Thermostat: 230V

Any suggestions where I can get these items?

I too have a similar problem - I've given up on trying to replace the element - I'm sure, if you could find an Italian forum to post on you'd get an answer.
