We are planning to buy an electric outboard (probably Torquedo Travel 603s) and will need it delivered to Lefkas before we arrive in June.
There's a distributor in Athens. Has anyone done this - and specifically are there any customs/legal or other hidden wrinkles that we might not have considered?
Experiences of the engine itself would also be valued. We'll be asking the yard to install a 2 pin socket for charging as apparently cigar lighter sockets tend to overheat.
