...made by Shields. It's a reinforced rubber hose called "Series 101". Don't know where you might buy it in UK, but West Marine sell it.
You should also pump the heads very generously on every occasion - most people don't pump for long enough.
Regardless of the quality of your hoses, it's inevitable that you might get some sulphurous smell on initially pumping the heads after the boat has been unoccupied for a while; this is the result of bacteria breeding in the seawater in the intake hose.
G’day Layzyboy,
Welcome to the 'YBW.com' forum, your profile does not have a lot of information other than this is your first post; no doubt you will find the answer you seek (or perhaps not)

Hope this helps.
I also have this problem so as previous poster says go to 'boatered' site - lots of info on this problem. This weekend I fitted a tee piece into the inlet pipe with a ball valve with a pipe into a fresh water container so before I leave the boat I turned off the sea water inlet, opened the valve to the fresh water and pumped until the inlet pipe was full of fresh water and then closed the valve. This is supposed to solve the problem... I will see next weekend if this has worked.
I had previously fitted the small 'deodorant' fitting in the inlet hose as supplied by Lee Sanitation but this does not work - only makes the water blue...
I also fitted the white"no smell" hoses on both inlet and outlet hose - more expensive but probably worthwhile as standard hose holds the smell.
Also make sure the loo is fully flushed thro' after use.
