Any date in april is fine for us, but we'll be away from the beginning of May* onwards, so I hope it doesn't get delayed till then.

We're happy to help with arrangements if you need it. Brightlingsea was excellent, but it may be as well to vary the location so that the more northern members don't complain about having to face the Wallet again!

At the moment any date is feasible, Brightlingsea was excellent, but perhaps somewhere in the Harwich area would be democratic / sympathetic (we don't want to be accused of a north south divide )

I am happy in April, but please avoid 3rd-7th may, as I will be in Scotland.
