ECF Burgee

Thanks. They are the same people as Rum Run mentioned above. I have contacted them.

If you can get blank burgees of a suitable colour, I'm sure pretty much any firm producing uniform clothing could reproduce the artwork. I posted a link to a company local to me earlier on, but it's a pretty widely available service.

I can recreate the 'artwork' for the ECF burgee if required. A tad busy though!

If you are going to re-create the artwork... I have a naughty suggestion..
On the Reverse side showing the opposite coast... in response to the red fuel threwt by Belgian officials, shorten the distance between Griz Nez and the Schelte to airbrush Belgium out of sight.

I have just dug out the old stock! What! Stock you say! ?.

6 were done wrongly and were replaced; 4 have Holland on the Verso ad the EC on the Recto, one has EC on both sides (I quite like that), one has the EC 'ECexit' from the UK and one .... unique ...... 'ugely valuable cos it has the EC image on the Verso and a letters 'EC' on the Recto (that was an early draft). I have never wanted to throw them away.

If there is sufficient demand we can order some from someone. We didn't actually hold any stock, we ordered 'POD' if you follow me.

I too am up for buying another one if they become available. Mine eventually flogged itself to death and I felt obliged to remove it.

And of course, a coast is a continuous line, so the East Coast is continuous with and indistinguishable from the rest of the Mainland coast. Benighted places like the Isle of Wight and Anglesey can claim independence of us, but elsewhere, East Coast rules! Empire beckons - we can impose the glories of the East Coast wherever we choose!
