Ribblesdale Auto Electrics of Marsh Lane, Preston, 01772 555011 are the Eberspacher heater dealer for this area, they are also a good supplier of electrical items, batteries etc.

Do it yourself.
Get hold of the glowplug screen beforehand (Lucus or other dealer, see parts list at Espar web site), take out the glowplug, clean it, vacuum cleaner nossle down the hole. Take out the screen if it will come out, usually not, as carbon on the inside surface makes it bigger than the hole. Thin nose pliers will get it out but not in a state to go back, vacuum cleaner nossle down the hole. fit new screen, replace glowplug. Bingo.

Assuming its working already before service. If not listen to the others.

Thanks Peter & Peter, I shall contact the dealer as the state is unknown, bought the boat but she is being stripped out for refurbishment, so it may or may not work, plus maybe can get an upgrade of switchgear etc.
