Eberspacher service engineer and parts near Reading

Hi,
I dont think my Eberspacher is kicking out enough heat and the thermostat is definately dodgy... can anyone recommend an engineer for a service and some exploratory work? Has anyone used Espar at Harleyford or Thames Valley Electro Diesel as these are the nearest on the Eberspacher website.

I spent a lot of money trying to get my Eberspacher to give a balanced heat, until I realised that their thermostats are just weird and don't cut in and out at a set temperature as you would expect them to.
