I bought an old Hydronic 10 off the internet, it works, but the previous owner cut the plug off it.
I need the plug to connect to my existing system.
I've posted about this before, but all my attempts to find a plug have failed.
It's not in the spares list on any manual I can find.
I've tried the big supplier, and they can't help.
I've also tried several companies who repair Ebers, to see if they have one in their scrap box, no luck.
I've also looked in the RS and Farnel online catalogs ... nothing there either.
The best bet seems to be a repair company who might have a second hand one. It comes as part of the ECU but that is £500 + and don't need a new ECU.
Can anyone suggest a repair company who might just have an old dead hydronics 10 ECU, I could get?
The plug is oval, or round, has 3 rows of small contacts, with 2 larger contacts below.

I repair ebers and plugs often present problems. Most of mine were resolved by identifying the plug by inspection of the moulded numbers ( magnifying glass!) and I usually found them on Farnell or similar.
You have tried the above I see. Is it possible to replace plug and socket? In extremis I considered matching the actual terminals and fitting them and then casting them in as a mould. You could add a further plug and socket for future disconnection ?

I'm still worrying the problem of the Eberspacher connector.

I don't want to re-wire and make the system nonstandard.

I eventually ventured down into the space under the cockpit, headfirst into the space where the Hydronic 10 is mounted and removed it.

This is the plug I'm trying to find; it's not quite how it appears in the manuals I have.

It has 12 pins, arranged in a square 4 x 3, the pins are flat.

I've also had another attempt to identify it using google, without success.

Does anyone recognise it? Even the manufacturer would help a lot.

Why not simply get a new 12 pin plug and socket and rewire the system? Nobody is going to care in the future whether the plug/socket is nonstandard.

Because I have 2 Hydronic 10 systems, one in use and one I intend to use as a ready to use spare (when I can find a connector for it). I want them to be interchangeable and compatible with the test set-up I have at home.
I find it easier to take the Hydronics 10 out of the boat to de-coke it on the bench at home and test it before taking it back to the boat. It has to be decoked regularly, at least once a year. A “hot swap” is what I’m aiming for, to minimise the down time and reduce the number of times I have to access the very restricted space under the cockpit floor.
Swapping all the plugs and sockets over is quite a task, all the connectors are crimped, and there would be 60 new connections to make, to make a compatible system.
I also think it is better to keep things as close to the manufacture’s standard as possible, so if I need to buy spares they will fit

Have you had a look here? DEUTSCH

Thanks for the link, I hadn't looked, but I have now, and unfortunately no matches.

I have located the other half, i.e., the female part.
There are some faint numbers moulded into the shell:
PBT, which I understand to be the material the shell is made of.
<>297 458 Which I guess is the part number. I’m hoping that the missing matting half has a similar part number and any reference in a catalogue will be close to its other half.
I’ve search for the part number using Google, with various description, e.g. 12 pin connector, but have failed to find anything close.
The mating half looks like this:
