I am refitting an Airtronic D2 Eberspacher and need to get about 5 m of 60mm air ducting suitable for this unit. Does anyone have any ideas where the ducting can be purchased at less than ebber's phenomenal pricing.
I am also looking for some insulation for the same pipe so would also appreciate any ideas.

Many thanks... Peter

Thanks Chaps:
I have replied to both PM'S.

The eberbasto one I had contacted, several times over the past 6 weeks as they are only about 2 miles from the boat but on every ocasion when I eventually get through on the mobile number I am told they are away for 2 weeks????.

Thanks also for the 2 links regarding the insulation.

Many thanks... Peter

That’s innovative Awol:

How about the heat does it take it without any problems?
I also guess that you would be using 75mm pipe and put the ebber 60mm inside at the joints, how do you secure and seal the joints.

Thanks ........ Peter

I used exterior drain piping that seems happy with the temperature, certainly doesn't soften. As for joining - the "real" ducting fits nicely inside and I just wrapped the joint with duct tape - the first time I have used it for its stated purpose!
I also used a drain Y-joint, again much cheaper.
