Eberspacher 24 v heater info wanted

Hi, A friend of mine has bought a second hand 24v eberspacher heater and needs some info regarding wiring and if its complete. It has a wiring loom with a red lead going to no where. Would that be a positive battery lead? If anyone could help either by phone (pm number) or via e mail that would be much appreciated.

If it is a vehicle unit he will need to contact the vehicle dealer as the wiring will be unique to that make of vehicle. If it is a marine unit then he should be able to get all the info' from the Eber' website.

Almost certailnly a truck or crane / tractor derivitive, if you post the model and serial, both of which are on the ID plate I'm sure it can be identified and a schematic PMed.
