Eating seaweed

I really enjoyed the article on this month's YM about eating seaweed. Pity only that the images of the algae were so small as to render them useless for identification purposes. Can we PLEASE have LARGE HIGH RESOLUTION images posted here, for those gastronomically inclined like myself? I really want to try some of the recipes... the sea spaghetti seemed partcularly good.

I read somewhere that pratically all types of seaweed are edible so you're in luck.

Apparently you can harvest fresh Samphire in the upper reaches of Fowey harbour....

I have a recipe for Sea Kale with Mackerel. Use fresh leaves, young, etilated leaves poking their head through the shingle... eg at Lantic Beach!
