EASY AIS

Can one mount the Easy AIS in a vertical position without any ill effects? I can not find anything in the handbook to the contrary.

I have mine fitted vertically on a bulkhead and it works fine.......... Picked up a ship at 35 miles the other day with the boat in a marina and antenna on the pushpit!!!

Mine is mounted in a vertical position - works ok. As it's just a circuit board in there I don't think it knows or cares.

Thanks for this . I will go and fit it tomorrow to a bulkhead.
