All that for just two pubs!?

It ain't the Thames is it!! :p

Lovely pics as always.....

Its only a tiny village. Shadow of its former boat building history really. There are two pubs in the village, The Waterside and The White Hart (with its own brewery The Idle Brewery) and the yacht club opens at weekends. We had a night in the yacht club, the pie and peas were very nice. Then the next day we walked into the next village a few miles away and stumbled across the Haxey Gate on the banks of the River Idle. Another nice pub.

For anyone in the area the White Hart does excellent food and boaters get a very warm welcome.

I came for a visit on the Motorbike and no one was home , weather was great although a bit chilly !!! Or you were all hiding

PM me your mobile number please

That's a beauty , when those F£$"^% students walked out right in front of me in the car LOL. Nice pic's BTW
