Eastbourne advice - books on the boat

It's in the title. The almanac is on the boat and I want to do a bit of planning. Does anyone know what time before HW Dover (or anywhere else for that matter) the tide starts flowing eastwards towards Dungeness from Eastbourne? Thanks in advance

Looking at the Soverign harbour guide. The admitedly small scale tidal flow diagrams shows the flow to the East of beachy head turning East 2 hrs before HW Dover.
