Difficult.

Hornsea has a few boats but I believe they launch off the beach, I don't recall a slipway.

Bridlington has a slipway in the harbour, you will need top end of tide to launch/recover, maybe 2 hrs either side of HW, but check with harbourmaster. Not too much of a problem since you can sit in harbour and wait, or go for some chips.

There is a boat club south of Brid about 2 miles I think they have launching facilities but have no experience of them.

Filey has a slipway where local fishing boats launch. Again you need the top of the tide to get in and out, and there is no shelter and its not a good spot in onshore winds. Also strong tide and o/falls off the Brig.

Scarborough has a slipway but I don't know if its available for visiting boats. Again try HM or if you visit have a word with man in lighthouse who tends to be helpful. As with others there are tidal limits but I suspect rather wider than further South. Harbour entrance faces South (ish) and can be difficult in southerly wind.

Whitby there is a slipway on North side of river above the marina. I think its controlled by Coates Marine but I may be wrong. Usual tidal limits, and entrance(faces North) is nasty in northerly wind particularly on ebb.

Coast is generally fairly easy to navigate. Once clear of Humber there is not a lot of tide except around headlands like Flamboro and Filey Brigg where it can get nasty. South of Brid clear sandy beaches North of Brid High cliffs where you can mostly approach quite close without problems.

RNYC Pilot Humber to Rattray Head gives all details you need (but does not give slipway details I think)
