East coast Scotland

I am contemplating moving from Netherlands to Scotland, and am seeking a marina on the Scottish coast, between Berwick and Dundee, that welcomes liveaboards. Preferably a non-drying berth, with some facilities and good security. Anyone have any suggestions?
