East Coast Pilot . Very Valuable

As my 1st Edition of The East Coast Pilot book by the venerable 3 is now six years old and the new one (Edition 3) is just being released I had a look on Amazon.New copies of Edition 1 are £60 to £70 ish and second hand ones are £50 to £80.Cor blimey and why ?.
