Interested in why you did not include Tollesbury, Titchmarsh or Tidemill, the three T's - realise all are restrictive to different degrees due to another T - - - the Tide - - was that why they are not included ?

Titchmarsh of the three is less restrictive and at 8mtrs their web site says annual cost inc liftout/in/cradle would be £3,075 with a 10% discount on that paying up front - taking annual cost well under £3k.

No assoc - just interested in the calc and reasoning.

Apologies for the late reply, I've not been around for a little while.

The easy answer is that the spreadsheet was really put together for my own use and I'm not personally interested in keeping my boat in either of those three locations because they're too tidally restricted for me. Nothing against any of them for a visit, but they don't suit me as a base. I'm selfish, basically!

A lot of the marinas on the list offer various discounts, but the spreadsheet summarises the basic list price of the services. In quite a few cases you should be able to pay a little less.
