I'm not Dave (thank - oh no don't say it /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif)
On the left of screen is a box showing the calenders you have access to. On the right of the East Coast one is a pink down arrow thing where you can choose "Show this diary only".

Easter is in March so earlyish April is would be suitable and usual. How about one of the places Jim couldn't get in for the Laying Down. Bit too cold for the Packing Shed.
Just some ideas - you're in charge.
P.S. 25 could be a squash on PD and how would you cook all those FB pies with just a two burner and grill /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Still can't see anything , can you post a shortcut to the calendar you have your entry on please , I think I know what the problem is
Roger , if you login as per my post last night you should be able to add and edit , let me know how you get on
I know there's a lot of fiddling and messing about with this but I think it'll be worth it in the end , once we have it all working then all the notes and times will be easier to find , I hope

When I log in with ybw.eastcoasters etc then I get two diaries:
An eastcoasters calender which has shared editing facilities and the East Coast calender which doesn't.
How did CliveG manage to enter something? If we all get the eastcoasters calender we could use that.
