EA Licence hold up.

Anyone else having issues? Applied for mine on the 6th. January over the phone with payment made that day. Spoke to someone on the 27th of January after not receiving it, and they re-issued it after checking payment and delivery address. Chased it again on the 11th of February and told to give it a week or two before having it re-issued again. Still not arrived. The EA have delivered all my previous Licences within two weeks. Not changed boat or delivery address, so not sure what's going on.

Sent ours off for the new boat on 6th February along with a new Direct Debit form. Arrived within a week.
