EA Customer Charter 2011-12

Working fine for me - anyone else having problems?

May be an issue if you are using a mobile - quite a large pdf file.

Source page is HERE - near foot of page just above Performance Reports.

(Actually, its almost 5.6Mb which is huge for a simple 12pp A5 leaflet - reason is they've included tables and stuff as hi-res images.)

I think this link you've posted is to the Corporate Strategy not the Customer Charter.

No, that is not the case - and the other 'charter' you referred to earlier is a different document altogether.

The link I gave yesterday worked fine on my Mac here although I subsequently found it would not work from my iPad or Blackberry. This morning I cant get it to work at all.

The file is huge for the nature of the document which appears to be down to 2 tables being included as hi-res images. I've tried every trick I know to reconvert the file and reduce file size etc with some extremely bizarre results.

I have given up and informed Reading ! (a path I always recommend when something isn't working properly :D )

Fail on 4.5 then. I read that as <=96% not unstaffed in peak times! Easter weekend and Late May BH weekend being among those times.
I think if you refer more closely to 4.5 it offers at least 97% for the May Bank Holiday weekends.

Note also that 4.2 has changed and now only predicates use of 'self service' signs when staff are "operating the weir or taking a required break".

Well, it's working fine here - both versions - and its also working fine on the TMBA site link.

So it must be something to do with the muddycules in Oxon :D (have you checked to make sure Byron isn't lurking around in the car park?)

Works ok in deepest Buckinghamshire, rather a lot of words though, and big writing for some of us I suppose.

Haven't got time to read it at the moment, maybe at the Music Festival when I have my feet up!

Well he has a load of F.U.C.C boats staying with him so he must be minding his Ps and Qs and dropping ensigns like it's going out of fashion.....

However, in spite of the fact that his exile appears to be self imposed, are we happy to leave him there or should we encourage him to return to the fold?

Methinks he wants to be told that his opinions and knowledge of ancient boating histories are highly respected and valued.

So there you are - Byron, we luv you duckie, come back soon please.
