Want to get this sorted before a summer sail of less than a month in May. Followed the various guides. Have registered with E- Tepai completed the form and got a payment number. But no details about how to make payment from the site. I have the notes from chris Robb . Are these details still correct? I have a payment reference number - 2 letters 23 numerals which is I assume the reference to use and the payment amount. I can make the payment now - I should get an emailed receipt? Any other helpful hints?

If still having difficulty; we print off the completed form with the E-TEPAI application number. First port of entry, call in to the local Post Office and pay them. They charge €2 extra for this service. Keep the receipt as proof of payment.

The post office option is not really feasible as I understand it closes at 1 pm. We will be coming from Turkey to Leros which would not give us enough time as I don't want to start at night.

No the payment reference code is 20 numeric digits. When you have submitted your application, and before you pay, providing you've completed the form correctly you will receive an email with 2 attachments. One called application.pdf and the other eparavolo.pdf. It is the eparavolo you are interested in. Open it and at the top is an Administrative Fee Code. This is the 20 digit reference number you must put on your payment (if doing it via IBAN for instance) reference field. The IBAN details I believe are in the faq pdf on the aade website.
