Well, actually, and I hate to say this, but I find the electronic tax self-assessment system quite good.

Ah yes, but when you've submitted your return, try recalling it for amendment....with six hours grace before a penalty is imposed....thought so!

Well, I'm with JJ here. I find the tax site works OK. OTOH I've never tried to recall my return after submitting it.

But, err, with the old paper system, how would you have gone about recalling a submitted tax return? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
