Spent a few days in Cangas,Ria de Vigo and there wherefour yachts anchoured in the bay.One had come up for Portugal where theyhad to fill in paper work for E boarders whilst in Galicia no sign...long live the iberian chaos!!!!

borders although filling in silly forms could be some kind of piracy,does a correctly filled in e border form bring happyness to civil servants!
