I'm a big fan of Dylan's videos, but I've noticed that YouTube always puts forward videos from 'SV Delos Crew' for me to watch. It seems that each video has some bikini clad nymph, or two or three, with bits of anatomy on show, etc, as bait.

I wonder how much this totty in bikinis is a calculation to get old blokes to watch their content? The videos are a bit dull though, and the totty fails to live up to expectation.

Now if only Dylan could get Rachel Riley to go sailing with him. Mmmmm.

Your right Russell ,
I get the same tempting Youtube videos on my selction as well.

there is a short analysis of sailing videos here

you tube is brilliant the way it offers you what you don't know you want

it knows you are a bloke, it knows you like tits, it knows you like sailing

so, at the end of a 37 minute film with old blokes sailing an unexceptional boat in grey water the screen breaks up into girls on boats with tits - you cannot stop yourself from clicking on the girls

it will not suprise you to learn that I get around 20 times as many paypal taps from a vimeo view as I get from a youtube view

by the time you think of tapping you are already looking at tits and being offered adverts for charter holidays or fast cars and you have clean forgotten about the three blokes who got you to click on the film in the first place

it is so clever it is a bit frightening

No video, I'm afraid, but since the young lady in question wished to be called Totti, and is clearly wearing a bikini, I hope it is acceptable.

She was a hostie on a flotilla holiday in Turkey...

It is based around your previous website history. Ha ha ha.

Too much 'yacht pornography' searches has Google confused.

With the possible exception of tyneside, aren't there practical considerations in sartorial selection for extras given Mr. W's filming locations?

Often end up watching something I didn't look for on u tube but Google can also be a problem. Wanted to find a stockist for some large black knobs for a saw bench, had to include 8mm threaded in the search to find what I wanted:)

You can imagine what I ended up with when I wanted to see some videos of how to moor a heavy boat with weaker crew and looked for videos of young women handling large breasts and springs

Dylan,

On the Brompton, Mrs W swings the rear wheel etc into place but doesn't manually lock it into position - is there a manual lock (and did it just stay in position by gravity) or does it snap into a locked position?

Just being nosey !

Modern Bromptons have an "automatic" catch. You then pull a small lever to let the wheel swing back down again. It is possible to disable the catch if you'd rather the back wheel wasn't locked in position.
