As a non-Dutch, I have a Dutch registered boat under the ICP "International Certificaat Voor pleziervaartuigen" scheme obtained through a Dutch company who provided the required Dutch address and applied for the certificate in my name, www.boatnautic.com
Their web site is not working any more. I also tried sending an email but it says "recipient mailbox full"..
Recently, the Netherlands Telecommunication agency dropped the requirement of a six month contract with a Dutch marina to issue a radio licence to "foreigners", the licence can now be requested by anyone, with the same requirements as the ICP registration document.
As I cannot find the www.boatnautic.com agency any more, I am looking for another Dutch company offering the same service, or possibly a Dutch national/resident who might help me in getting: a)a ship radio licence and callsign, and b)MMSI number. No need of ATIS. All costs covered together with a reasonable fee. I have found one company so far but they seem to be geared to superyachts as they ask for *huge* amounts of money for something that seems essentially free.
FWIW, details should be available here

Any suggestions or help gratefully received
