the smaller socket fits at the first nut and the larger socket fits for the second nut in between the two props ?

tool price is no prob, but is there nothing available in the UK ??

I made my own many years ago; an offcut of a standard chemical industry steel pipe with 3 slots cut in, a worn out 1/2" drive short extension welded to the end ( so a torque wrench can be used). The smaller nut is a standard size for a socket set; will check tomorrow, 32 mm if I remember correctly..
